Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance, final sale, or personalized items unless defective

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
